Each key event in the product's life — harvest, milling, bottling, shipping, arrival — is registered on the blockchain with a timestamp the moment it happens.

Producer, importer and neutral notary each digitally sign the identical dossier. Three independent signatures, one truth.
Verify
Everything is published on a public page. Anyone — a chef, a distributor, a curious customer — can check the quality, the production steps and the signatures in seconds.
